Fully Funded Undergraduate/Bachelor’s Scholarships for U.S. Residents!
Focus Development Organization, Inc. is partnering with federally funded agencies and organizations.
If you or your family members/friends meet the criteria below, please email your full name, date of birth, state of residence, and education level to the email addresses below by October 28. Focus Development will introduce you to the partner agency, and on October 29 you will receive the application link, which takes about 10–15 minutes to complete.
Eligibility:
On August 1, 2026, you must be between 18 and 30 years old.
You must not already hold another bachelor’s degree.
You must have completed 12th grade by June 15, 2026.
Your date of arrival in the United States must be January 1, 2021 or later.
Your entry to the United States must be as a refugee or SIV. If you entered on parole but later filed for SIV, you are still eligible.
You must be a resident of one of the following states:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Wisconsin, and Washington State.

Empower Her: Sewing Project
Focus Development Organization in Stevens Point, Wisconsin finished a two-month free sewing training course for 14 beginner women. Starting with no experience, the participants crafted designer clothing and decoration pieces by the course's end. They proudly displayed their creations in a fashion show, impressing their loved ones with their newfound skills and creativity.

Education for All
In a collaborative effort, FDO partnered with ECDC to successfully conclude a three-month educational training program for refugees and immigrants in the United States. The program aimed to guide participants in pursuing education in the US and provide valuable information on accessing state and national financial aid resources.

Technical Education Program
In a collaborative effort, FDO partnered with Mid-State Technical College and ECDC to successfully conclude a three-month technical educational training program for refugees and immigrants in the United States. The program guided participants in pursuing technical education in various fields, such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, mechanical engineering, fire brigade training, and nursing.

Empower Her: Sewing, Designing and Marketing Project
FDO in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, has wrapped up a successful one-month free sewing training course for 12 women of beginner and intermediate skill levels. Starting with little to no experience in pattern designing, the participants completed the course by creating designer clothing and decoration pieces.
