About the event

Dear Community Partners,
In commemoration of the fifth anniversary of the fall of Kabul, Focus Development Organization invites you to join us for a special community appreciation event honoring the organizations, schools, partners, volunteers, and individuals who welcomed and supported Afghan and other refugees and immigrants as they rebuilt their lives in the United States.
Following the events of August 2021, communities across the country opened their doors, hearts, and resources to Afghan families seeking safety and a new beginning. Over the past five years, your kindness, dedication, and partnership have helped transform challenges into opportunities, and strangers into neighbors.
